Apotex Health Plans Public Listing on the TSX

Canadian generic drug company Apotex Health is planning to go public by listing its shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company filed a preliminary prospectus with Canadian securities regulators on Thursday.

IPO Details

The offering includes a dual treasury offering of new shares alongside a secondary offering from private equity owner SK Capital Partners and management insiders. The company has not yet disclosed the number of shares or the amount to be raised.
