FOXO Technologies Grants Exclusive Epigenetics IP License
FOXO Technologies entered a Strategic Technology License Agreement with founder Jon R. Sabes and LongevityFP Technologies to commercialize its epigenetics portfolio.
Agreement Details
The exclusive, worldwide license covers two issued U.S. patents, a dataset of over 13,000 individuals, and proprietary machine learning models. A 3% net revenue royalty is capped at $1.3 million.
LongevityFP also received an exclusive, irrevocable 10-year option to acquire majority ownership of FOXO Labs. FOXO retains ownership of the IP and FOXO Labs during the license term.
The agreement includes mutual releases resolving prior matters with Mr. Sabes.
