IREN Signs $1.6 Billion GPU Agreement with Dell
IREN entered into a purchase agreement with Dell to acquire GPUs and related services valued at approximately $1.6 billion. Payments will be made in installments within 30 days of each tranche shipping.
GPUs to Power Texas AI Cloud Contract
The GPUs will be deployed at IREN's Childress, Texas campus to support its previously announced $3.4 billion managed services AI cloud contract. IREN has unconditionally guaranteed the obligations of its subsidiary under the agreement.
The agreement was signed and effective on May 19, 2026, and can be terminated at will by either party.
