Robotics Faces Geopolitical Pressures Soon
Brendan Schulman, vice president of policy and government relations at Boston Dynamics, said at the Humanoids Summit in Tokyo that robotics has so far been less affected by geopolitical pressures, but that could change fast.
Washington policymakers are starting to look at robotics, and general government policies such as tariffs on metals affect robots because they influence the supply chain, Schulman added.
