Singapore Airlines and Air NZ Expand Joint Network Between NZ and Singapore
Singapore Airlines (SGX:C6L) and Air New Zealand have announced an expansion of their joint network for the Northern Winter 2026 season. The partnership will enhance connectivity between New Zealand and Singapore.
Increased Capacity and New Routes
Air New Zealand will add four weekly Auckland services and launch three weekly flights between Singapore and Christchurch. Overall seat capacity between Singapore and NZ will increase by 17% from late October 2026.
Regulatory Approval Pending
The expanded schedule is subject to regulatory approval and will operate from the end of October 2026. This move aims to strengthen trade and tourism ties between the two countries.
